Rehabilitation Composite Scoring Formula

The Rehabilitation Score ($0–100$) integrates 5 core biomechanical domains weighted by clinical recovery priority:

Score = 0.30×GaitVelocity + 0.25×Stability + 0.20×ForceControl + 0.15×Symmetry + 0.10×(100 - Fatigue)

0 – 40: Poor

High physical assistance needed; significant gait deficit.

41 – 60: Moderate

Supervised training protocol; guarded load progression.

61 – 80: Improving

Positive adaptation; graduated resistance loading.

81 – 100: Good

High functional autonomy; community ambulation ready.
